LashBrooke - The Best of Everything

Initially, Ray and Scarlett Evans, along with their friends Rob and Judy Stooksbury, were seeking a 10-acre property where both could build their own private residences. Their search led them to a gorgeous 180-acre parcel which was, ironically, just a few hundred feet from their former residences in West Knoxville. All four were pleased when they learned that the unique property was available for purchase. Within one day, a deal was negotiated, papers were signed, and the decision was made to build an entire subdivision. Thus, LashBrooke was born.
Rob Stooksbury had previously developed upscale communities such as River Club, Gettysview and Rarity Pointe. He and Ray Evans hired Wood Partners of Hilton Head, South Carolina, for land planning. After speaking with local real estate agents, they determined that potential buyers were interested in themed and structured communities – places where each home serves to add value to the next by visually complimenting one another. They decided on a European theme. LashBrooke boasts homes of stone, stucco and wood, with colors that are earthy and warm. One quality shared by all houses is a comfortable and graceful style.
Both couples started construction of their homes immediately after their purchase of the property. They decided to complete all of the community amenities as soon as possible, rather than waiting until all of the 130+ lots sold. The stacked-stone entrance and security gates, open-air pavilion with fireplace, workout room with exercise equipment, pool, tennis court, and children’s playground are now complete. Street lights and finished roads make it easy for potential buyers to view the entire subdivision. The community marina with over 40 slips is ready for LashBrooke owners to bring their boats for summer fun. Unlike some other developments, this thoughtfully planned neighborhood doesn’t rely on promises of future improvements. It is truly a place that’s ready … to live and play!
Some 100 lots have already been sold, with over 30 beautiful parcels remaining. Choice waterfront sites are still available, some more than one acre in size. There are great options, as well as great values, at LashBrooke.
